To improve the efficiency of addressing your make-up lesson requests, we will be implementing a 2-phase approach starting from 1st July 2023 to streamline our process.
 

Phase 1 (1 July – 30 Aug 2023):
 

• Gradually phasing out phone calls and in-person requests for make-up lessons

• Request make-up lessons through designated Make-up Lesson form

• Submit requests by placing the form in the Make-up Lesson box at the Customer Service Officer (CSO) counter

• Staff will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to assign a suitable slot for your child
   

Phase 2 (1 Sept 2023 onwards):

• Transitioning to a digitalized system

• All make-up lesson requests must be submitted online
